Parts with a CARB EO# are legal in all 50 states, and are designed for pollution controlled vehicles. Check your state and local laws regarding the use of any BOLD Performance products.
* Federal and state law may prohibit the removal, modification or rendering of any device affecting vehicle emissions or state regulated decibel limits. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of federal, state and local laws.
* The testing we provide from dB test is data we have gotten from our dB reader (REED Instruments R8060) or our trusted partners. It is not an official data from the State of California Refs. It is only a range of example to let you know, how loud the exhaust is. YOU the consumer are 100% responsible for your modifications from any products bought from BOLD Performance.
User assumes all cost and risks associated with purchase and installation of aftermarket components. BOLD Performance is not responsible for any fees, fines, or any type of penalties you have received from any authority.

Prices, materials, design, specifications and part numbers are subject to change without notice. Warranty
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence and/or mishandling. That includes weather conditions, natural disasters, any road/off-road conditions, and any accidents/collision you were part of.
DO NOT USE ANY ACIDIC CLEANING PRODUCT OR STEEL WOOL UNLESS, YOU'RE A PROFESSIONAL DETAIL-ER AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. *SOME CLEANING CHEMICALS WILL DAMAGE THE PRODUCT.
ASK YOUR LOCAL DETAILING SHOPS FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
- Defective items only applies to our warranty, wear and tear (the damage that happens to our product in ordinary use) does not apply to our lifetime warranty. Please contact for further information.
- Improper installation or misuse of the product may lead to failure and damage to both product and vehicle. The user assumes all responsibility. For assistance, please contact BOLD Performance or licensed dealers.
- All products are intended for use off-public streets and highways. Vehicle manufacture warranty maybe voided should any modification(s) or removal(s) of OEM(factory) components are determined.

Orders and shipping
All orders received will be processed within 1-3 business days, if the item is in-stock. Orders received on the weekend will be fulfilled next business days. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX OR APO/FPO.
All back-ordered items or pre-ordered items will be processed within 1-3 business days, WHEN the products arrive at the shipping facility.
Any shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subject to additional costs. Each order is carefully packed and checked before they are given to the carrier. If you have received a wrong product(s), contact us immediately and proper actions will be taken to resolve the matter. Should you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before receiving the item ordered.
All claims for damages and/or loss must be made immediately to BOLD Performance and the carrier within 7 days. BOLD Performance will ship replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and resolved (It may take 7-14 business days for the investigation to be completed). If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued for the item(s). Failed attempts to make/create a claim in time then BOLD Performance is not responsible for damaged/lost product.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen products from your property. Packages missing from the stated address is the customers responsibility. We will assist to initiate a shipping carrier investigation. This process may up to 7-14 business days. If the shipping carrier concludes that the package was delivered correctly through their procedures then we are not responsible for a reimbursement or a replacement product.
Duties and Taxes
BOLD Performance is never responsible for CUSTOMS DUTY transported across international borders. Any shipping company has the rights to hold your purchased goods for Customs Duty. Customers must pay the Duty before retrieving the goods.BOLD Performance has no control over Customs Duty, and it is different from SALES TAX.
Will Call
Will calls and pick ups are available upon prearranged terms.
Order will only be released to billing name on the invoice. Proper identification will be required upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.
